I’m only now getting around to publishing my goals, both
primary and secondary, as a separate page. After 7½ months, I’m pretty
confident I can hit the numbers I want earlier than I originally calculated
because I lost so rapidly the first six weeks. Since then, I’ve been averaging
about what I calculated, leaving me an average of 16.6 lbs. or about 9½ weeks
ahead of the plan.
